Step by Step Guide to Booking an Appointment

Please do get in contact and ask questions, I am more than happy to help. I can help individuals, couples and families. Please let me know if you have any particular requests and I will do my best to accommodate.

The internet can be useful at times but it is also full of conflicting advice, fad diets and unsafe recommendations. By seeing a registered dietitian, you know you will be getting advice which is evidence-based, practical and suited to you as an individual.

1. An assessment form will be sent over to you via email link prior to your appointment. This form collects important information about yourself e.g. past medical history, medications etc. This allows me to give you the best possible advice which is tailored to you.

2. I also recommend that you have available any reports, blood results and prescriptions which may be relevant to your condition. The better informed I am, the better I can help you. Your GP should be able to print these out for you.

3. Some clients also complete their own food diary which can be sent securely to me prior to the appointment. All you need is some paper and a pen, remember to write down literally everything you eat and drink for a few days at least. You can include portion sizes, how the food was cooked, and the time/meal at which you consumed it.

I use a clinical records system called “Halaxy”, this allows me to hold details about yourself and record our discussions in one place. It is completely secure and GDPR compliant.

If you would like access to this system, please let me know, I can arrange for you to have your own login which allows you to view information from your consultations and upload information yourself e.g. your assessment form, food diaries etc. I have a step-by-step guide which shows you how to do this.

Fees must be paid in full prior to the appointment. Details will be sent to you via email to make the payment to my Monzo© account. A refund can be given if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
